Through your Account on the Trak365 Back-Office you will be able to do the following:

View all your endpoints via the Dashboard

View endpoints in alarm states

View individual endpoint messages

Change the default configuration settings on your endpoints to tailor responses for your purposes

Assign meaningful names to each endpoint. This could be location and/or other pertinent information to help you identify its function

Set a geo-fence for each endpoint and activate or deactivate it

Set up an Alert Notification schedule for individual endpoints

Set up different Group Alert Notification Schedules for different shifts, etc.

Manage alert schedules for when one or more people are notified

Alarm states can be temporarily deactivated
